Based in St Louis, Missouri, Gayathri Seetharaman is a multidisciplinary teaching artist. Her creations are a visual journey reflecting the beauty and subtlety from all around.

 

Her love for painting, photography, and travelling can be seen in her creative interpretations. Connecting with her roots growing up in India, her self-taught artistic expressions stem from exploring and understanding the similarities between different art-forms from around the world.

 

She has her work juried and displayed at Missouri History Museum, University City, Manchester Justice Center, St Louis Artists Guild, Intersect Art Center, Art St Louis, Webster Arts, Soulard Art Gallery, Cultural Center of Cape Cod, Maypop Arts, Buttonwood Art Gallery, Stone Soup Gallery, Manchester Arts, Framations Art Gallery, Kavanagh Art Gallery, Envision Arts, Contemporary Art Room Gallery, County Library, Wildhorse Elementary Wall Murals, and live painting auctions at Wall-Ball.

 

She is a teaching artist at the Rockwood-Parkway Community and at Bal Vihar of St. Louis, and has taught workshops at St Louis Art Museum, and St Louis Children’s Museum.
